I worked up this spreadsheet to show some stats for properties they’re looking at and give them a sense of current market conditions. I figured since I’d done all the work, I’d share it more broadly.
I only pulled data on houses with 3+ bedrooms and 1.5+ bathrooms, and threw out a couple data points that were outliers. The purpose of this spreadsheet was to advise strategy on pricing a competitive offer, so it’s curated to highlight the elements important to that decision.
